Shipping Policy
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. Your email will contain your tracking number. You should be able to track your package via the tracking number within 24-48 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
- All apparel in our shop is made to order, by hand, in our small design studio. Therefore, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing (to create and ship). Unless otherwise stated in our Announcement Bar.
- All of our personalized signs and banners are made to order. Please allow up to 7-10 days for processing (to create and ship) these products. Unless otherwise stated in our Announcement Bar.
- All of our wooden wall signs and announcement signs are made to order. Please allow up to 7-14 days for processing (to create and ship) these products.
- For all other products, processing time is 5-7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description of specific items.
Domestic Shipping:
- Your shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your package.
- All domestic orders over $100 will ship free.
- Processing time varies for all products. Considering our small team, it’s possible that during a busy season there may be a delay in processing. If this happens, we will certainly contact you to notify you of the delay, as we appreciate you as a customer and understand the need to be informed. On the other end of it, there may be times when your order is completed and shipped out sooner than expected. Our production timeframe will vary depending on the amount of orders we have, however we intensely try not to exceed the specified processing time indicated for each product.
- Please be advised, if a package is returned due to an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
International Shipping:

Customs, Import Taxes, Tariffs, and Duties:
Customer is responsible for any customs, duties, and import taxes that may apply. Bash & Bill is not responsible for any fees imposed during or after shipping, or any delays in shipping due to customs.

Damages During Shipping:
If you receive a package that is visibly smashed or damaged upon delivery, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim on the package. Unfortunately, once the package is out of our hands, we are not responsible for the negligence caused by any shipping carrier. However, after you have filed your claim, please still reach out to us. We would certainly be willing to replace any damaged item, depending on the circumstance. You can read more about this, and the requirements to follow, by reviewing our Return Policy.
Lost Packages:
If your package says it was “delivered” yet you do not have it in your possession, please contact the shipping carrier. They are the only people who will be able to locate your package and get it to you. If necessary, they can file a claim on your lost package and notify you when/if your package is located. If your tracking has not updated, or is not resulting in movement towards you, we suggest also reaching out to the shipping carrier. They are able to locate your package and get it back on track to you, if necessary. We do not have access to any internal tracking system that the shipping carriers have. We only have the tracking number that is provided to you when your order ships, nothing more than you have.
However, we do understand the frustration when it comes to lost or delayed packages, and would be happy to help in any way that we can. Feel free to reach out to us, after you’ve contacted the carrier, if you are still having trouble and we will do what we can to assist. Shipping Method:
- Domestic orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service. Most products will ship Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive to you. If your order is less than 1 pound, it will ship USPS First Class.
- International shipping carriers will vary. You should review each of their specific timeframes on their designated websites for accurate delivery date timeframes.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, however we do ship to PO Boxes.
- We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. As our shop grows, and we are able to meet the deadlines for overnight shipping, we will happily include that option for you and update our shipping policy and options in the future.
